Goods and services supplied by Linear Cast Stone Limited will remain our property until payment has been received in full.

All products are supplied on shrink wrapped pallets, delivered on either Rigid or Artic Vehicles, off load options can also be requested at an additional cost. Re-delivery charges may be incurred if information regarding site access, off load or lorry typeis not supplied prior to delivery, we will always provide notice of delivery to the numbers/contacts supplied by the Customer.

Damage to stonework received must be advised within 48 hours of delivery. The delivery note must also be signed as damaged. We would require evidence in the way of photos or videos showing the units damaged in their original position, on the pallet and in their original packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for the damage due to it being caused by sites off load machinery or other hauliers not associated with Linear Cast Stone.

All work carried out by Linear Cast Stone Limited to produce quotations and technical drawings is based on our interpretation and all work must be checked by the customer. Certain sizes may be assumed for costing purposes due to unclear information provided. We cannot accept claims for costs due to sizes or quantity oversights that were not checked by the customer.

Following an official order Technical drawings are produced for all components and it is very important at this stage that all items are checked for size, style and quantity. Once approved by the Customer these drawings will be manufactured and cannot

be altered without cost. Manufacturing will begin when each drawing is signed as approved.

Lead times provided are only estimations and can be affected by other materials and factors outside of our control. We will always do our best to meet dates but cannot be held responsible for costs for delayed delivery.

Certain stone units will be cast in pieces due to them exceeding their maximum lengths. Load bearing items can be produced to specifications received by the sites structural engineer, we do not provide any structural calculations within Linear Cast Stone.

Special moulds produced will be kept for a maximum of 60 days following final items delivered to complete the order.

Following this period moulds will be destroyed and further units required may incur new mould/joinery charges.

Our Stonework is produced using Natural materials which can produce slight colour variations on occasions, we aim to produce the highest quality however it must be noted that units are hand-made from moulds and slight imperfections can occur.

Stonework should be viewed from a distance of around 3m and if observed from this distance with satisfaction then items would be classed as acceptable.

The cancellation of an order can incur charges up to 100% of the order value dependant on where the order is within manufacture.

Technical drawings may also be charged for due to time spent on them following order cancellation.

Where credit accounts are provided to customers, payment should be made promptly 30 days following the end of month from whichgoods are delivered.
