Semi-dry cast stone combines the traditional appearance of natural stone with the strength, consistency and versatility of modern manufacturing. Produced using a carefully controlled semi-dry mix, the material is compacted into moulds to create strong, durable architectural components with a natural stone-like texture. 

Multiple units can be produced daily from a single mould making it a very cost effective option.

The semi-dry manufacturing process gives the finished product a distinctive, slightly textured appearance, making it an excellent choice for projects where an authentic and traditional stone finish is desired. It is particularly suited to architectural features such as window surrounds, door surrounds, quoins, copings, cills, cornices, columns and other bespoke details.
